After contacting the office, the staff will speak to you about your situation and the type of care you would like. If you are requesting services we can provide, we will make an appointment to meet with you and the client.
At that time we will cover the services you may need and make suggestions of additional services to help you along. We will come up with the amount of time, the number of days needed, and the time frames that meet the client’s needs.
We will then select the staff who can meet those needs.
We will then bring the staff back to meet the client and go over the staff’s responsibilities.
The staff will conduct periodic, unannounced in-home checks to ensure that your loved one is receiving quality service. The assigned caregivers and staff will keep in close contact with family to keep them up-to-date on their loved ones progress. Daily notes are kept at each client's home for reference.
